भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने पीपल्दा विधानसभा से अंतिम समय में खासी मशक्कत के बाद प्रेमचंद गौचर को भाजपा प्रत्याशी घोषित कर दिया हे, जिसको लेकर कही खुशी तो कही गम देखने को मिल रहा है, भाजपा के कई कार्यकर्ताओ ने प्रेमचंद गोचर को बाहरी प्रत्याशी भी बताया।
प्रेमचंद गोचर वर्तमान में भाजपा कोटा देहात के जिला अध्यक्ष हे वही सुल्तानपुर क्रय विक्रय सहकारी समिति के अध्यक्ष हे, सांगोद विधानसभा के सिमलिया गांव के निवासी हे। साथ ही लोकसभा अध्यक्ष ओम बिरला के नजदीक भी हे, वही कांग्रेस पार्टी ने अभी तक पीपल्दा विधानसभा से प्रत्याशी घोषित नही किया है।

आरोपी के गिरफ्तार नही होने पर कलाल समाज ने की विधानसभा चुनाव में मतदान के बहिष्कार की घोषणा

 

 

 

 

इटावा कस्बे में दो माह पूर्व हुए पूर्व वाइस चेयरमैन भरत पारेता के हमले के मुख्य साजिशकर्ता की गिरफ्तारी नहीं होने के कारण कलाल समाज इटावा ने जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी कोटा के नाम उपखंड अधिकारी इटावा नीता वसीटा को ज्ञापन देकर अपनी मांग रखी।
कलाल समाज अध्यक्ष त्रिलोक पारेता ने बताया की ज्ञापन में समाज ने पुलिस द्वारा अभी तक मुख्य साजिशकर्ता को गिरफ्तार नही करने को लेकर विधानसभा  चुनाव में मतदान नही कर बहिष्कार करने की चेतावनी दी है।
उन्होंने बताया की आरोपी ने दो बार जांच चेंज करवा दी हे, इन जांचों में भी आरोपी साबित हुआ हे, लेकिन राजनीतिक रसूख के चलते पुलिस द्वारा उसे गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा रहा हे और आगे भी भरत पारेता व उसके परिवार को जान का खतरा है।
कलाल समाज ने चेतावनी देते हुए कहां की अगर दस दिन में मुख्य आरोपी की गिरफ्तार नहीं किया तो इसके विरोध में पीपल्दा विधानसभा क्षेत्र में कलाल समाज मतदान का बहिष्कार करेगा।

AIMIM to contest on nine seats in Telangana; Owaisi announces candidates' list

Asaduddin Owaisi announced that the party will fight the elections on all the seven seats on which it has MLAs and in addition to fight on two more seats in Telangana.

AIMIM Supremo Asaduddin Owaisi said while Addressing the media, "We are announcing the names of candidates on 6 seats in the state. Party leader Akbaruddin Owaisi who is also a sitting MLA from Chandrayangutta seat will contest again from the same seat. We will fight from Rajender Nagar and jubilee hills also."

The party has fielded Balala from Malakpet, Kausar Mohiuddin from Karwan Seat, Majeed Hussain from Nampally seat, Jaffer Hussain will contest on Yakuthpura seat while Zulfikar from Charminar.

the party is yet to announce name of candidates on the remaining 3 seats.

कर्नाटक में नवाचार, निजी भागीदारी पर ध्यान देने वाली अंतरिक्ष नीति पर विचार किया जा रहा है

अंतरिक्ष क्षेत्र में अपनी क्षमता का लाभ उठाने और निवेश आकर्षित करने के लिए, कर्नाटक अंतरिक्ष नीति लेकर आएगा। कर्नाटक के आईटी/बीटी मंत्री प्रियांक खड़गे नेबताया कि नीति का ध्यान क्षेत्र में विनिर्माण, नवाचार और अनुसंधान और विकास को बढ़ावा देने पर होगा।

नीति में निजी भागीदारी, वैश्विक सहयोग और भागीदारी में वृद्धि पर ध्यान देने के साथ नवाचार और विनिर्माण को प्रोत्साहित करने का भी प्रस्ताव है।

हाल ही में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी जैव प्रौद्योगिकी और विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा अंतरिक्ष नीति पर प्रारंभिक चर्चा की गई।

लोक सेवक को निलंबित करने के लिए दिमाग का इस्तेमाल जरूरी: कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय

कर्नाटक ग्रामीण इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट लिमिटेड (KRIDL) द्वारा एक कार्यकारी अभियंता को निलंबित करने के आदेश को रद्द करते हुए, कर्नाटक उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा है कि एक लोक सेवक को केवल दिमाग के आवेदन के बाद ही निलंबित किया जा सकता है, न कि केवल एक जांच एजेंसी के आदेश पर।

आदेश न्यायमूर्ति एम नागप्रसन्ना की पीठ ने केआरआईडीएल के कार्यकारी अभियंता द्वारा दायर एक याचिका के आधार पर पारित किया था, जिन्हें इस साल की शुरुआत में कर्नाटक लोकायुक्त के एक पत्र के आधार पर निलंबित कर दिया गया था, जिसमें कहा गया था कि उन्होंने कथित तौर पर आय से अधिक 4.40 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति अर्जित की थी। उसकी आय के ज्ञात स्रोत।

लोकायुक्त ने मई में आय से अधिक संपत्ति का मामला दर्ज किया था, जिसमें आरोप लगाया गया था कि कार्यकारी अभियंता के पास 4.40 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति थी, जो उनकी आय के ज्ञात स्रोत से 244 प्रतिशत अधिक थी। लोकायुक्त ने जुलाई में KRIDL को एक संदेश भेजा कि उन्हें निलंबित कर दिया जाना चाहिए, और इसके तुरंत बाद उन्हें निलंबित कर दिया गया।

ऑनलाइन क्रिकेट सट्टेबाजी का आदी बेंगलुरु पुलिसकर्मी कर्ज चुकाने के लिए चोर बन गया

बेंगलुरु शहर की पुलिस ने एक पुलिस कांस्टेबल को गिरफ्तार किया जिसने कथित तौर पर ऑनलाइन क्रिकेट सट्टेबाजी में भारी नुकसान झेलने के बाद चोरी की थी। कथित तौर पर पुलिस विभाग ने उस कांस्टेबल को सेवा से बर्खास्त करने की सिफारिश की।

केम्पेगौड़ा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे के पुलिस स्टेशन से जुड़े यल्लप्पा सन्ना शरणप्पा ने सट्टेबाजी ऐप्स द्वारा वित्तीय तनाव में आने के बाद 20 लाख रुपये तक  ऋण लिया था।

मामला तब सामने आया जब बेंगलुरु यूनिवर्सिटी के पास मल्लाथहल्ली की रहने वाली मनोरमा बीके ने अपने घर से 13 लाख रुपये के सोने और चांदी के गहने गायब होने के बाद पुलिस से संपर्क किया। ज्ञानभारती पुलिस ने 50 से अधिक सीसीटीवी कैमरों की जाँच की और चोरी में इस्तेमाल होने वाली एक बाइक का पता चला।

बाइक पर नकली पंजीकरण प्लेट थी, पुलिस को चेसिस नंबर मिला और पहले मालिक से संपर्क किया गया जिसने कहा कि उसने इसे शरणप्पा को बेच दिया था। पुलिस ने शरणप्पा को हिरासत में लिया, और उन्होंने पाया कि उसकी उंगलियों के निशान चिक्कजाला और चंद्रा लेआउट में दो अन्य चोरी के मामलों में पाए गए फिंगरप्रिंट से मेल खाते हैं।

IT department seizes Rs 102 crore of wealth after searches on Karnataka contractors

At the conclusion of searches that began on October 12 at as many as 55 premises in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Delhi, connected to alleged illegal wealth generated by civil contractors and real estate players, the Income Tax department has reported the seizure of Rs 94 crore in cash and jewellery of over Rs 8 crore.

The IT department searches obtained a political colouring over the last three days with the opposition BJP and JD(S) in Karnataka suggesting that the large amounts of cash – Rs 42 crore and Rs 52 crore found at two premises in Bengaluru – were linked to the ruling Congress in the state and that the cash was meant to finance the elections in five states next month.

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, who is also the minister in-charge of Bengaluru development, has suggested that the searches and allegations are politically motivated and that no IT searches are carried out in BJP-governed states.

“The search has resulted in the seizure of unaccounted cash of approximately Rs 94 crore and gold and diamond jewellery of over Rs 8 crore, aggregating to more than Rs 102 crore. Further, a cache of about 30 luxury wristwatches of foreign make was unearthed from the premises of a private salaried employee, not engaged in the business of wristwatches,” the IT department said Monday through the Central Board of Direct Taxes

बीदर पुलिस अधीक्षक चेन्नबसवान्ना आईपीएस जिला पुलिस परिसर में प्रेस को सम्बोदित कर बताया की बसवकल्याण के शिवाजी नगर में कर्नाटक बैंक के एटीएम को सुबह 4बाजे गैस कटर से एटीएम मशीन तोड़ कर उसमे से  6.50 लाख रुपये चोरी कर लिए गए ।  ह्यूमनाबाद के पुलिस उपाधीक्षक जे.एस. न्यामा गौड़ा सहित बसवकल्याण नगर पुलिस स्टेशन की टीम ने घटनास्थल का दौरा कर  निरीक्षण किया। बसवकल्याण नगर पुलिस स्टेशन में मामला दर्ज किया गया है और जांज जारी है!
