New motor vehicle rules from Oct. 1

New Delhi (29-09-2020): Vehicle records management, including driving license and e-challan, will be done through the Information Technology Portal from October 1, 2020, the government said.

 Automobile records validated by electronic means should not be required to appear in physical forms after verification.  The government said the details of the disqualified driving licenses will be recorded on the portal and updated periodically.
